In 2018, Vyrk AS acquired Trysil Interiørtre AS. The companies focus on environmentally friendly production of finished interior and exterior panels, as well as linear rib elements and veneered plates. In 2020, there were a total of more than 30 employees and the companies had a total turnover of NOK 70 million, says general manager Ole Peter Tangnæs.
High goals are set for growth in the coming years, and in order to strengthen the position in the market and professionalise the companies, a new joint board has been elected in the companies.
The new board consists of Tore Nyhus, as chairman, while Elisabeth Aase, Vigdis Næsseth, as well as Steinar and Reidar Lyseng have been elected as board members. The last two are major shareholders and both hold leading positions in the companies.
Tore Nyhus has extensive experience as a business manager, and currently works as a board consultant and business developer. Nyhus says the following about his new position:

Elisabeth Aase is the founder and founder of the AASE group, which works in project and construction management, as well as real estate development.
Vigdis M. Næsseth is the general manager and business developer in Fossekall AS. She has extensive experience in business development and has assisted several companies in the business community to profitable growth.
Steinar Lyseng is previously general manager, and now sales manager in Vyrk, while Reidar Lyseng is finance manager and business developer.
